I got recently got this one graded. It's my fiance's coin and she got tired of it being in the 2x2 so she was curious as to what it would grade. Can you guess the grade? I got the results today, but I get the actual coin next week.

it'll be awhile before I get these coins back I just found out so the grade on this nickel came back PF 68 and I'll post pictures when I get the coin

I picked these 38 D/S buffalo's years ago at a show. They were sold as normal unc.'s. Two of my favorite nickels.

My latest acquisition - and the completion of my Liberty Nickel set!

 

Nice! Grade? (Not sure from the photo whether it's straight-graded or details; the I in LIBERTY isn't clear, but I'd expect it to get F12 at least if there aren't problems.)

 

Genuine - details/ungradable by PCGS. I think I will send it to ANACS someday - but Photograde says it's somewhere around F12-VF20. There are some scratches on her face, and it has been cleaned - there's a streak that appears to be chemical induced. The overall strike and presentation of the coin is far better than the price I paid, so I'm happy.

 

Yeah, I wondered about the stain.

It's definitely several steps above my 1886 or 1912-S, both of which are brown and corroded. I hope I'll find an equally nice example one day.
