Super 1940-S. I believe that it has full steps too! Very nice photo. Don't see too many good ones on steps which sometimes you can tear your hair out deciding FS or not.
No, nothing special at all. It's just one of those beautiful nickels with full steps ( or close to it). I don't know if you could pay me to take that coin
Here is my latest addition to my Liberty nickel proof set. A 1883 with cents PCGS PR-64. Lovely color and deep mirrored fields. Looks like a 65 all day.
