I was looking at these old images and thought this may be a bugs bunny and then looked in the CPG and saw that that variety is an R-7 for this date. So I thought I'd take new images and have a closer look. Unfortunately I don't think it is a bugs :/ Here's the old Here are the new
Re-shot a couple of nickels this morning. I don't have the old photos of this one anymore Here are the old photos of my 68 D Here are the new
Got around to taking alot of coin pics tonight, around 30 images for me, 8 for @Mainebill, and around 28 for @mainer020648 Here is a Seller Photo of my Trade Type coin, a recent purchase. And here is My new photo taken tonight: Quite an improvement, even if I say so myself!
Geek, you've perfected taking full slab images. I have taken thousands of coin only images (through slabs) and feel comfortable in that realm, but I have not taken the time to get the full slab nice look that you have. Kudos...you should market your photography skills to some of the larger dealers on eBay. I think you could offer a big advantage for their bottom line if coins and slabs were photographed as well as you can do them! I know for you CAC groupies, seeing that little reflective sticker on the full slab is just as important as the coin (if not more important sometimes).
It worked well star's are seen clear. Hex all I have is this Samsung phone camera and my 1979 35mm software to replace film is the Issue.
I was going to start a new thread, but found a reference to this one in the pinned thread CoinTalk's Post Your Coins/Currency List. Every once in a while I have a new photograph of a coin I might have posted before. Or, I have a photo that doesn't fit in any of the common categories: it's not a new acquisition, or a toned coin, or an obvious fit anywhere. Here are photos I redid yesterday. They better capture the light golden toning. The original photo was posted in Let's see your newest acquisitions! #22148.
