1935 Canadian Silver $1 commemorating George V, I bought this coin at the Gallatin, TN coin show today for $30.00. Please note these photos were taken on my cellphone thus, explaining the quality of the pictures.

 

I have a few of these 3 different colors.and the 44.45.still looking for a 1944tomback.

 

Bought a 2015 Quarter commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Canadian flag off eBay last night for $0.68. The picture below is a stock photo.

 

Patience is a virtue. I have waited for a reasonably priced quarter on cent error for a while. I pounced on this 1 for $422.00 . There is nothing like getting a coin you've wanted for so long and finally buying it. So happy now.

I'm a sucker for many things when it comes to numismatics. This purchase exemplifies two things, in particular, my love of military history and Canadian circulating commemorative coins. Although some of the Canadians on this site may detest such coins, I enjoy finding these as they are a challenge to find here in most of the United States.

I like the coins from this series when in an uncirculated or AU condition. Coin roll hunting though, with so much flat surface area to get damaged, they get so much ugly damage so easily. Yours appear to be nice.
