wow! beautiful quarters. I like both coins. I saw that 1960 on Ebay. I did not know you were also doing toned Canadian quarters.

I have several side sets of Canadian coins, notes, and proof sets. I just don't work on them very often. The vast majority of my Canadian sets are raw (in albums) or in ICCS flips. For the quarters I like them either toned or blast white with cameo.

My family took a lot of trips up to Canada as a kid, and the money in circulation at the time really made an impression on me.

1936 Canada 50 cents. According to NGC, this is a rather rare and valuable coin. No one has yet tried to buy it from me though... 1936 CA 50 c obv.JPG 1936 CA 50 c rev.JPG

@Hoky77 , I liked your 1864 1 cent New Brunswick in your post; I may have a "die mate" to yours; but mine seems to be later strike due to greater wear.

1864rpnch6.jpg 1864rpnch6a.jpg @techwriter I do believe it is the "die mate". If so I you have a nice variety coin. (I cherry picked mine). The date should show it to be the Tall 6 RPD or also known as the 1864 tall 6/6. This set interested me for being a doable 5 coin set but that half cent is a tough one to come by.

I have 2 of those 1864 NB cents, and I now see that the extra one I am thinking of peddling off has the tall 6 like yours. 1864 CA-NB 1 c rev (2).JPG 1864 NB 1 c rev.JPG

This 1830 half penny has to be the least ornate die pairing of all of Canada's coinage:pompous:
