Some recent Canadian acquisitions. I need the two rather elusive ones (and very expensive) to complete the series.....maybe some day!!! I also have the 1911, 1918 and 1919. Now I need to save some SERIOUS money for the 1908 and 1916 :)

I picked up a book at a yard sale a month or two ago, called Striking Impressions, it was published back in 1983, but it was an excellent read. Great history type book about Canadian coinage, and the push for a Mint. If you're interested in Canadian coins and history you can't go wrong. Highly recommend it

    Oh. How about these?

Top left coin is actually a stack of 11 1859's. Two directly to the right of that stack are 1891 SD. Some nice AU/MSBN in the early to mid teens, including a few nice 1914's. A complete set except the 1858 and 1907H. About 160-175 in total. Can anyone say loads of fun?
