S-Yoda => so you paid $42 Canadian (free delivery) for this toned quarter ...

Probably an AU55?? (Charlton catalogue value $5-$10) ... so you're paying quite a bit for the toning, eh?

Well, it certainly is very pretty ... congrats

... I'm a year older than this flashy quarter

yup paid $30.85 U.S. dollars. toning is subjective in pricing. I really liked this toning and wanted it. yes it's probably only worth half that amount, but the beauty of it is worth it to me. buy what you love.:greedy::cool:

1967 Canada Silver Dollar MS65 PCGS

I guess I haven't posted this one here. I bought it late last year ... Had to have it after I saw the TrueView. This is what it really looks like in hand!

So, then, of course, I had to try to find other 1967s that I thought were worthy of this monster ... so far I have just found this quarter ...

I love the toners too. I am doing a Canadian date run 1937-1967 toned 50 cent pieces. also toned caribou quarters random years. and some boat design 10 cent pieces. your top coin goose is thee prettiest goose toning I have ever seen for its design.

S-Yoda => your coins are definitely pretty ... but the dude's photos seem to have some weird blurred/double thing goin' on (when you get them, you should post your own photos, so we can see what they really look like)

    *edit*

ahahah => I guess it's because the photo is taken through a slab, eh? (ooops, I've forgotten what slabs are all about ... my bad)

    :woot:

I'm never sure if MS70's are gonna hold their value or not? ... 10 years from now will collectors still be interested in a MS70 from 2016?

for example => 5 years later, would you pay super-extra for a 2011 MS70 (maybe you would?)

... I've kinda lost-touch with that part of modern coin collecting (I always figured that an MS65 was good enough)

Ooops, but again => your new coins rock (they're very pretty)

I am not worried about 10 years from now money wise... I collect for me now. I liked that grade and went for it. nothing like seeing that caribou as fine as it gets in proof 70. proof 69 I am sure would not look that much different and are way cheaper than proof 70. I wanted to know it for sure (proof 70 and I was willing to shell out big :greedy: for that grade). Now I am considering proof 70 for that proof 50 cent piece. I do not think I will spend $250+ for it. I did spend $250+ on the proof 70 2015 50 cent piece....do I regret it ? maybe a little. I might sell/trade that 2015 in Vegas in April. you learn as you go. that 2015 was an impulse buy. lol the 25 cents caribou proof 70 is something I will continue to get down the road. I had checked both coins on NGC verification website page and both were there with their pics of them.
