Well, I still do not own any Nationals myself... but I've just read this story and thought I'd share while we're waiting on this Queue:

Now where's the Q when you need it?

 

I'm waiting on delivery of an S. So if you still haven't gotten to S by next week I might be able to contribute.

(I think Q is going to be tough!)

 

Q seems to be, first E now Q...
So if your S gets here and we're still on Q we'll skip it and come back when/if a Q shows up.

 

So I got the S I was talking about. If we're skipping Q for the moment, someone post an R and I'll post my S.

 

I have a R ready but was saving it for V as the state is Virginia...someone have a Q or a R?

 

Well, apparently no one has an R either. (I have a large size Federal Reserve Bank Note from Richmond, but no National...) So I'll go ahead and post the S. I actually ended up getting two S's -- same city, different banks (and series and denominations). The large size $10 is especially cool (I think so anyway!) since the charter # is less than 100.

 

(btw, didn't get a picture of the backs, but the $10 is a plain back, no dates, if you were wondering.)
