    Just received today . . . the coin is raw, grades XF, and is now confirmed to be a business strike, but . . . it's an open 3, and not the closed 3 I imagined. What was I thinking?

    Also an eBay pick up, priced way too cheap!

    Give out by Whitman at the Red Book's 50th anniversary, probably at the ANA convention that year.
    Some had the two dimes, 1946 & 1996 put in, both uncs.
    Now signed by Ken Bressett, I believe the only one he ever signed:

    1884-CC and 1883-CC in GSA holders. Just picked up from the PO today. 1884 has just a hint of toning starting about 1-2 o'clock. Pics taken with my Dino-Lite digital microscope and it picks up things you don't always see with the naked eye..
