I will start, and yes I do own a few circulated coins. Here is a 1915 Barber Half Dollar that I grade VG8. Post em if you got em.
Here is mine. I believe this is the most expensive circulated coin in my collection but I could be wrong...its also the second lowest minted coin in my Morgan Dollar collection. Here is my 1893-CC Morgan. I would grade it a G-4 details cleaned. It's definitely a rough coin...but I like it.
I'm a one trick pony on these type threads (see my avatar). As for value? who knows, hasn't been one sold yet. Richard
LostDutchman: I'm sorry for the bad news, but I'm going to have to confiscate that piece. It's for, um....er....national security reasons. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Larry: I will presume that you realize the variety. So, I'll just say: Nice, and I hope that you cherry picked it. :thumb:
The dealer it came from always said he didn't care about varieties. He was always making fun of those that collected them so I didn't bother to tell him what it was. It only cost a few dollars at the time. He thought it was damaged
I just realized I haven't bought many circulated coins. Maybe 20% of my collection is circulated. I'd say this one probably would be my highest right now. A year from now will be a different story.
