I will post my newest get, which is an upgrade for my Morgan Book. 1921-P MS-60 Raw Morgan Silver Dollar. Traded my 2 2015 US Coin & Currency Sets for it valued at $20 apiece. Plus I got $15 dollars in cash for a 1921 EF-40 Morgan Silver Dollar . I am very happy. There is also gold toning surrounding the edging on the obverse and the luster is just beautiful. I may take it out in the sun/natural light tomorrow.
Does this count lol I go to VC and the Nevada State Museum in Carson City (and broken cc too) whenever I go to the family cabin in Tahoe. Here's a canceled 1885-cc die in their collection. Enjoy...
@Mainebill , the 1900 is interesting. Clearly an album toner, but it didn't get that copper hue in the center. The 1883 is very similar to my 1887 that I posted in the other thread. From the pics you posted, the colors look a little muted. It's a 65, so I'm thinking the photo isn't doing the coin justice. Would that be fair to say?
Don't know about the 1883 is ha pics I haven't got it yet. Was reasonable anyway. So I should do just fine with it
