    1885-O DMPL. Purchased raw from a fellow cointalker ;). Legit DMPL Morgans are truly magnificent.

    I just purchased this 1889 CC after searching for an affordable grade for over 6 months! I think I did ok.

    Sure is nice for your only morgan, better than any I have and I have around 30, 10 slabbed.

    The CC DMPL’s are in a league of their own, IMHO :wideyed:. Here’s my ’81...

    CC DMPL's often seem overpriced since the pops are so high but when they come nice they are very nice.

    Do you have a pic without the diffused lighting?

    Though I don’t want to get into the monetary aspect, I do agree there’s a “CC Bubble” in the market these days. All I’m saying is, in my experience, the CC DMPL’s have consistently deeper mirrors and better overall eye appeal than other commensurately graded O/S/[P] DMPL strikes. In terms of pure aesthetics, I’d take a random date CC DMPL coin over any other mints’ equivalent.
