Here are ME Morgans! Here are all of my Morgans side by side.... Starts off with 2 1986's, followed by 18 1887's, then 8 1921's.
Okay, here's my new one. Might I mention the die cracks around the reverse lettering as well as the obverse lettering. Might this be a VAM?
Keep posting folks!!! :smileWow few new ones!! Are your feeds too CT off to?? mine are. :thumb: But CT working fixing them!:thumb:
Cannyn, Die cracks are common on Morgan dollars, and as such, are not attributable unless there is substantial metal displacement. In case you didn't know, as much as 150 tons of pressure was necessary to strike them. Chris
those are the common 1882cc,1883cc &1884cc. I paid just under 200 each. which is about what they go for. sometimes less some times more.
Any ever notice that it says post 'you' Morgan Dollars I always thought that was funny. Adds character :thumb:
Here are my 6. 4 of which I got from my cousin who works at Burger King. Some kid paid for his Whopper with 4 Morgans.
Keep posting folks!!! :smileI am the one who forgot the R Post you Morgan Dollar, Once you start a thread it going stay that way til no one post any more on it so thanks:thumb: Jame for the help. :yes:My e-mail link to thread a dead again.
The middle one ('83 I believe, if they're ordered by date) looks prooflike... Though, it may just be the obverse that has the "PL" surfaces. We'd all love to see some close-ups! :hail: And for under $200.00 a piece, sounds like you got 'em for a bargain. Those things are getting hotter, I tell ya! Last time I checked, trending prices for even the most common dates (like yours above) were $215-$225 minimum. Maybe I'll pick up a couple at the next Long Beach Coin Expo. -Brian
