It would get a genuine grade, unfortunately, due to what looks like hairlines on the obverse. Nice coin, though, probably an AU details, can't really tell.
I bought this at the end of May of this year for $160 + bp through Goldberg Auctions. I thought the obverse color was very interesting and unique. NGC blessed the color as NT.

Rev, I doubt if we ever know, Connor passed earlier this year..... All I can guess is improper dipping or something of the sort.
