According to VAMworld it is. http://www.vamworld.com/1880-S+VAM-109. It does seem to have all the markers for the VAM-109. (not that it adds any value) Date... Scratch at the eye..... Polish lines below the cotton bolls..... Polish lines in the bow, reverse.
I provided a brief explanation in this post: Grading the Buffalo Nickel. I would repeat it here, but that post is in context in a thread that shows more of the pictures.
Here is another example. The tricky part is taking the two front images and getting them rotated to the same angle. They obviously need to be cropped to the same dimensions so they overlay exactly. I do the same with two reverse images. Then I join together the obverse and reverse into a single 800x1600 pixel image, and do the same with the second pair of photos. I save these as .gif files. Then the two .gif files can be joined as frames in an animation. This uses the same approach as a cartoon or flip book. Take two similar still images and just flip between them.
I made this and put it in a Magic frame. I wanted something to give out at a re-union, but I chose a different design and I'm using 2017 Kennedy half dollars (much cheaper) LOL So I'll keep this one for myself
Just got this one in hand today. I've never seen a 63 with so much luster. Was very pleasantly surprised. Tried to capture a little of the shine with the images here but it's one to be seen in hand for sure.
