Police Officers, the 1996 Olympics, etc. all have low relative mintages and higher value. The ones with higher mintages are near bullion value. The 1982 Washington is in my top five of modern halves and is essentially bullion. An exception that stands out is the Buffalo - relatively high mintage and high price.
