Bought this a few years back on Heritage. 1937-d 3-legs.

That's better than XF. What does the obverse look like? Nice example of an abraded die.

Nope its handcrafted for sure and one of a kindThe date(1944)is actually a clue,my most special find CRH.

 

Here is a weak STA and E in EPU. Except this seems to be a die marker than a struck thru or missing details.

 

Here is a photo of the front. I think it looks better than a ms55? Not a real good close-up.
