Is there really a market premium on lowball certified coins? I'm not sure if I would fork over 60 bucks for a coin in Poor condition that is worth no more than $20 in Good. </p><p><br /></p><p>However, it is probably quite uncommon for a coin to survive so much circulation and not have anything else wrong with it other than wear. I wonder if TPG's are more lenient with damage and other problems for coins in Poor condition, or if they would assign a grade of "P01 Details". I also wonder what criteria CAC uses to accept or reject a coin in P01.
