Super nice! NGC is afraid to give out a 70 I guess.

Hi BadThad. I traded your MS65RD example for a NGC MS67RD 1972D Lincoln Memorial with a current NGC population of 6. I still have another MS65RD example as well. I think you found this MS66 example as well and had it graded?

Here's a pretty neat off-center 1976 Lincoln cent I picked up yesterday-- I would say it is 75% off-center, and the entire date is visible.

GiJoe_2001dMS69RD_o5r2.jpg Here is another outstanding image from Robecs Images. Here is a picture of my NGC MS69RD 2001D Lincoln Memorial with a current NGC population of 1. I know that this will change someday but for now it sure feels nice having the one coin. Also, I will be attending the 2014 January FUN Show in Orlando, Florida this year and I will be displaying my 1959-2008 Lincoln Memorial mint state set in a non competitive display. This will be the first coin show I have ever attended and the first time that I have ever displayed my coins. I chose the non competitive category for the first time and maybe next time around I will try it in a competitive display. The size of the display cases is standard and they only allow you 7 cases in a competitive display. My set will fit into that but I am just trying to get a feel for how to display it the first time around. I will be joined by RiverGuy who has some of the most amazing certified Lincolns too be found. We have been friends and traded coins on several sites for a number of years now but it will be the first time meeting each other so I am looking forward to that. For those who do not know FUN stands for "Florida United Numismatists". If any of you are going to be there let me know. Would be great to meet some of you.

GiJoe_2002MS69RDPL_o5r7.jpg Another awesome picture from Robecs Images. Here is a picture of my NGC MS69RD PL 2002 Lincoln Memorial. NGC has only graded 107 for this year so far and out of the 107, 13 have be graded at MS69RD with this being the only MS69RD PL example. Again, I know this will change someday but another population 1 coin for now.

It has been awhile since anyone posted on here. I just added the last 2 Lincoln Memorials that I needed to make my 1959-Date circulation issue set 100% complete. I will be looking for upgrades for some of the coins in the set. It give me a great feeling knowing that I accomplished this in just 6 years and to put together the #1 ranked NGC Registry set in this category. Not an easy task. There are currently 150 coins in the set and as long as they continue to make Lincoln pennies I will keep collecting them. If you want to check out my set here is a link too the NGC Collectors Society page and my set is listed as Hunter's A Penny For Your Thoughts. I have too thank Bob from Robecs Images and RiverGuy for all their help. I am looking forward to attending the January 2014 FUN Show in Orlando and displaying my registry set. Here is just one of the nice coins I have in this set. GiJoe_1972DDOMS66+RD_Registry.jpg http://coins.www.collectors-society.com/registry/coins/public_sets.aspx?CategoryID=1&SetTypeID=9&sets=us

This is still in an intact OGP Proof Set. I shot this photo through the Proof Set plastic.
Crazy beautiful liquid color with smooth as silk transitions, the glossy mirror just sets the whole thing off. I will be curious to see if PCGS will bless it. The other coins in the set had a little bit of toning, but nothing like this.

GiJoe_1962dMS67RD_o1r4.jpg GiJoe_1969sMS67RD_o5r4.jpg Closing out the end of the year on a high note with my latest 2 additions to my registry set. As always, Robecs Images did and excellent job photographing them both. Here is a picture of the NGC MS67RD 1962D Lincoln Memorial with a current NGC population of 10 in Red and 1 in RB with none higher and a picture of NGC MS67RD 1969S Lincoln Memorial with a current NGC population of 6 with 1 graded higher

I sent in a 1964 Proof set to NGC just to see what would happen.
I was pleased with the overall grades of each coin in the set.
