Very nice. Mine has just a little spotting which yours is free of. Yours looks just as nice if not nicer than this. Frankly, I'm surprised yours isn't MS67 RD.
@Evan8 that reminds me of one of mine. I think this one is amazingly nice, so that means I think yours is too.
Wanna see its edge? Can't tell by this picture but the edge is completely square and reflective. I have been sitting on this coin for several months now. The TPG turnaround times are too ridiculous, so I am gonna wait a bit before sending it in.
Turned out pretty good for $2 I’d say. Interesting little planchet defect in Lincoln’s hair too. Sometimes you can snag these weakly struck Lincolns for pennies on the dollar when sellers don’t know how to grade them…
Looks to be a VF coin. VLDS both sides! Are you sure about the lamination? Looks like damage. Nonetheless...$2. LOL
My new favorite in my collection. Had one of these a while back sold it off when I had money problems. Thrilled to add one back
I continue to work on my collection of MS66 RD Lincoln Cents, presently covering 1932 to 1971 with some gaps. The gaps are 1951-1953 Philadelphia strikes, the 1969 and 1971 from the same mint, and the 1969 from San Francisco, all due to the challenge of finding decent strikes with copper orange luster. A recent purchase, a 1970 from Philadelphia:
finding lincoln wheat cents in circulation is becoming more difficult i say if not returned to circulation , or spent you have a 35-45 % chance to fine wheaties
