New acquisition. I keep looking for the right 1918 but I can't seem to get just the right one. This one can go in the album because the glossy finish outweighs the spotting.

Some may recall that I posted a thread before the holidays on my Lincolns cents From my childhood album. Other than the loss of the 31 s that is missing somewhere around the house...it fell out of the album ugh!
    Anyway Picked up an 26d and a 10 p today... the 26 was a hole,the 1910 a upgrade.
6 more to fill and 1 to find wherever it may have droped to around the house. 20220113_171026.jpg

I caught the bug and have so many, I have not even looked through it make me believe that someday maybe I will. I think I like my 1909 VDB's best but I will never be able to afford the S version. I have many BU steelies though. They are nice.

I just love when there are colors under a brown patina! Full red coins are boring for this issue, this has character even though it's no MS-66. I have rolls of those but not roll enders like this. 1963DlincolnToner.jpg 1963DlincolnToner2.jpg 1963DlincolnTonerREV.jpg 1963DlincolnTonerREV2.jpg

I rescued this ratty old, unloved VDB at the coin show today.
