3 2019-W special cents

 

I know it's hard to see through the packaging but the only blemish I can see is a Nick under Lincoln's eye. Should I cut this out and put in an airtite? I bought this from the mint 14 years ago and have taken it out less than a half dozen times to look at it.

 

What is that going from the end of the T and over the A in STATES?
Also, are those two plating blisters under the bust of Lincoln?
Could they be on the plastic packaging and not on the coin?
I know; a lot of questions.

 

I think it is just a reflection from the packaging...i am wondering if I shouldn't just cut it out...

Only you can decide whether or not to cut it out. The only question I would ask is why would you want to cut it out? It seems like it's perfectly safe in the packaging.
