How long have you had them in there? Curious as to any toning etc?

They have been in the Quadrum holders less than a year. I don't see any changes.

The company also sells a line called Intercept in which the inserts are chemically impregnated with an inhibitor. I read someone's comment that they have not seen any changes in 15 years.

Unless, of course, you want to induce toning. That is something I can't advise about.

OK, cool. That sounds tempting. I am really interested in them as I like the layout much better the Dansco and Whitman Albums. More expensive so will be awhile before I can really decide which to go with.

Images by Bob Campbell, and I think he did an excellent job.

What do you think caused the mark on this cent? It must have been done at the mint. The indentation is red. Thanks 1944.jpg 1944R.jpg

Beats me. Looks small to my blind eyes. Now it looks too sharp and not dull enough compared to another I have but in not as great condition.

Looks like a large date, or dropped 7 (which I prefer). On the small date the top of the seven is even with the other digits, and a line drawn across the bottom shows the 1, 7, and zero at the same level. On this one, you can draw a line from the bottom of the 9, 7, and 0, and the top of the 7 is slightly below the 1, 9, and 0. I don't have a 1970-S small date proof, either.
