In addition, there is a die clash on the reverse running through the C in CENT.

That is among the nicer Lincolns I've ever seen. Glorious color. Red is so boring, don't you think? :)

And it confirms what another poster mentioned about PCGS updating CoinFacts images dynamically, because it's now the primary plate coin for 1938BN.

Still looking for the branch mints for 1914. You can go online and find a ton of 1909-S VDB's, but just try finding a 1914-S. And the cost of a 1914-D is a good reason not to be a stickler about a complete set.

OK, that is amazingly lustrous and I love the blue coloring.

You drove me back to the camera to see if I could enliven my 1914 to show half of what yours shows.

They do indeed update it daily which is good IMO,i also have a few of those PCGS coinfact plate coins that they use for the images. Think I am up to 6 or 7 of them now.

Also agree with red is boring 110%. I completed my 1934-date in all red and didn't like the look, thats when I decided to do all toners. Each coin is unique in its own way. Love it and lifes always a little better with some color lol.

I prefer an RB to full red, but it's hard to find someone who sells them. The red coins are plentiful after the mid-30's and apparently there is no market for nice red-browns.

This is a good thing. Makes them cheap, relatively speaking. :D

The 1916 was posted earlier. Here is the full year set.

The 1916-D has some sort of crack running from the middle of the head all the way through the rim. It runs parallel to other toning lines starting above D in GOD and starting at IN, so they all look like they originate with the planchet.

The 1916-S was sold as "AU ... with light blemishes". I think that's accurate, and I like its appearance, so I'm happy spending $19.99 for it. It's been stabilized with VerdiCare so that little bit of corrosion has been halted.
I do like posting these year sets because each coin looks different and has its own unique points of interest.
