Thanks! I just sent him a message, so I'll have to wait and see what they say.

I have almost no experience with doubled dies like this, so I'm not sure what I should be seeing in your picture. I know it's the stars that are doubled but they look normal to me.

Attached are some of my attempts at taking pictures through my loupe. I don't know if they'll be any help, but if you see something let me know.

    Scotts1,

From your pictures, I would say it is not either the DDR-001 or DDR-002. In the set linked below, are some pictures of a few different doubled dies. You will notice that the quality of the photos are far from what Mr. Nienaber can produce.

If you click on the thumbnail, a larger picture should show.

    Happy hunting,
    Caleb

There doesn't seem to be a picture of the 1994-S DDR-001 on that link; maybe it's just because I'm not signed up for CoinFacts or they just don't have one posted. Either way, it doesn't sound like mine is a doubled die. I still think I did okay at $15 though.;)

There was certainly nothing wrong with Mr. Nienaber's picture, I just have almost no experience with recognizing doubled dies.

Thank you both for your help!

Scotts1...I don't see any doubling in your photos of the 94S.
