    Here is a pic of my Indian Head Pennies. The penny in the center is an 1860 brass composition penny a recent find in a nearby city antique shop.

    This one I learned a Good lesson.
    The acetone bath, didn't do it any good.
    Removed what I wanted but revealed somethings I missed.

    Here are some that my husband and I got all in one nite not 1 not 2 not 3 but 7!!!!!!!!! out of the same $ 25 box we picked up at our local bank!!!! 1886,1889,1890,1892,1895,1899 And last but least 1907 one lucky nite of coining!!! IMG_20160721_231149_1.jpg

    I did not realize I had so many Indian Head Pennies. Well, I got these back on my inventory sheet so I've accomplished something today. :) The coin at the very top is the reverse of the 1860 I.H. Penny struck in bronze. Jcurtis

    Too bad it's corroded, but it has AU details and only cost me .50.
    Maybe Verdicare can do something about it

    Not AU... we'll need a couple of more years of gradeflation before we can call this coin AU ;-)
