    Here he is. I scanned it several times and I guess the scanner didn't like the plastic because I couldn't get a very good picture. The blurriness accentuates the scratches and crap on the coin :) Sorry for the terrible scans!

    I tried to scan mine too. I think it's because with the edges of the holder, the rest isn't against the glass, so the scanner can't "see" it as good.

    Yeah, it is easier, by far, to scan coins, but the scanner will focus on the surface, so any holder will cause it to be out of focus. I see some people with pictures from smartphones that are really good.
