I too have the Washington,Franklin and Jefferson son small set.
In my storage box with the 1st State silver coin set the old Franklin mint made.
Some time about 1982/1983
Teamarkter company got the rights to use the bankrupt Franklin mint name. To sell 24kt gold coin with the 24mg of gold/gold shined 24mg is foil really.

 

Pickup recently. (not my picture, nor my coin, its the same coin I have though and about this grade)
