The picture above is one of the nicest Franklins I have ever seen.

Just won this baby in an auction a few minutes ago, to go with my 1948 P MS 65 FBL

Robec, That wins the prize for the prettiest Frankie I have ever seen. Totally drop dead gorgeous--the Scarlett Johannssen of coins! You folks are going to make me want to do the whole Frankie series in MS 65.

Winged, those are gorgeous. Are you doing a high end MS set?

No, not doing a full set ... I just buy coins that I think are "beautiful" .... realizing that term is in the eye of the beholder! Are you going to put together a full set?

I am doing the same thing you are right now. Gave some thought to doing the entire set in MS 65 or so, but would restrict it to beautiful coins as have you. I have grown to love the Frankie, even though I am long term Morgan guy. Your coins are incredible looking--i love the toning and the luster combination!!!

Just picked this one up as a best offer on an auction. Paid about $20 over "trending" price, but worth it for the tone (to me): Guess I am officially a Franklin Half collector now. :)
