Post your favorite coin purchase of 2017

    There is no one favorite of mine for the year. These I really liked because of the reasons given -

    1922 No D Strong Reverse - Bought raw for <$90

    These I love for the history each one holds, and the Fugio being the favorite of them;

    And last but not least, my favorite set. All acquired in 2017 -

    Here is mine. This was the first pattern coin I ever purchased. It's a 1908-D German 25 pfennig pattern. I bought it early in 2017. I have since picked up a few more patterns like this...but this is my favorite.
