    I use a pair of side cutters. and something to pry the slab open.
    On the ANACS slab I used the bottle opener on a Swiss army knife, it just happened to be handy. tools b.JPG

    A comparison between the 1988 Young Astronaut Medal and the Moonlight Mint
    2019-D Apollo Astronaut prototype over-strike on Eisenhower Dollar (40% silver) 1988 Young Astronauts America in Space silver and dan carrs 2019 astronauts coin.jpg
    Both are nice tokens

    I would like to see the Dan Carr token without the stars and rays.
    It's a beautiful coin as is, just a thought.
    The eagle in flight is just fantastic.

    Not a bad design, but I think the ice is pretty thin here. I mean, if it looks like an official US Mint product and quacks like one, then it is ... not? :)

    3 Ounce, Satin Finish, only 100 made and sold. You can still get the Proof-Like version at Moonlight Mint.

    Dan's Moonlight Mint Open House pieces are always most enjoyable. Here is a 2013 example: gilt overstrike on matte 1976 Eisenhower Dollar 2013gilt1.jpg 2013gilt2.jpg

    I'm glad Dan put some new stuff up. I was having cold sweats and shaking and couldn't sleep...:wacky:

    Got both of the 1805 Silver Dollars, 1931-S Peace Dollar and the 2009 ASE Satin Finish. All O/S pieces. Feeling much better now...:woot:

    The '31-S is not the Broken Sword which is kind of cool to me. My Dad was born in 1931 so I had to have it, a new pocket piece. Hope Dan makes a 1933, that's my mamas birth year.

    No, no proof like yet, but I did go back and order a over struck on a circulated dollar. I have ship him a 1922 Peace Dollar to be over struck.

    How much do you save by furnishing the Peace dollar?

    @robec
    Nothing, it looks like this is the only way to get a circulated one.
