http://www.moonlightmint.com/dc-coin_dollars_list.htm Yes, 340 struck on golden dollars; only 29 on SBA dollars.
USPS showed this wasn't supposed to be delivered Wednesday May 17, well it arrived today May 13th gotta love that. Now this appears more like a satin finish, that's why it lacks luster. Any way I like it.
Delivered yesterday, not bad for $19, only 300 made. Reverse has some toning but not like the obverse. Still in the flip.
Got the 2016 Clark Gruber 3 oz Hologram Silver Bar in yesterday and got some shots today. Same bar, different angles. It's unreal is all I can say, lots more colors than I could capture. Killer bar in hand and only 36 made. All I need now is the bar with 56 made..............
Very nice colors on these. Beats the crap out of regular bars. I would also add that most everything from the MM is a manufactured rarity. Please correct me if wrong.
Not sure what you mean by "manufactured rarity" here -- that's typically used as a derogatory term. He's a single guy, running a single press, and producing his own dies. Sure, he could mint thousands of just one or two things, exceeding demand. Why, again, would he (or any artist/craftsman/marketer) consider doing that?
