A census I did a couple years ago showed 1901-O was evenly split between Rev2/Rev3, 1901-P was 20% Rev2 and 80% Rev3, and 1901-S was 87% Rev2 and 13% Rev3. SF only made dimes in March and September, so only the small September mintage of 73,692 used Rev3.
