Here are the canned images of my 1892-P Quarter in PCGS 63. I plan on having my entire Quarter set imaged by a professional recommended to me by a close friend at PCGS. Although I will continue to use BluCC Photos for the rest of my Barbers - I thought I'd try a different photographer - and once I receive those images - I'll post them here in order by date. This is a terrible image - as the coin is a knock out in hand...
Don't know if I have any images of my other 1892 Quarters or not ... just this one for the time being - a duplicate 1892-O in PCGS 55 - which I sold off to upgrade for an AU 58. [ NOT the one I posted earlier ! ]
That is a very nice example and I thought about pulling the trigger on that one, on several occasions but decided to hold back. Very nice :thumb:
I bought this one at an IRS auction. We were all sitting in the rain. No one wanted to leave because there were some really cool treasures being sold. I gave a bit over face for it. It had a PVC problem and will never slab but that's good with me.
Wow ! LD, that is the most outrageous post yet ! Congrats ! Nuthin' better than gettin' a "steal" from the IRS !
Wow - Idhair - that's absolutely amazing. I'm sure you can have the PVC removed. ------------------------------------------------ rzage - great looking 1900-P Half - wonderful luster too. Looks like BluCCphoto's work... ??? ------------------------------------------------- So far I've posted 1892 Halves and Quarters... so, here are the Dimes: 1892-P - PCGS MS 62 [ from the raw Dansco album] 1892-O - PCGS 58 1892-S - PCGS 58
Thanks - I'm looking for a Type 2 of the 1892-S. The Type 2 "S" is the real tough one. Here's another image - and I just received this image as well. 1893 Quarter - PCGS AU 58 ...
Elbesaar Simply put: I hate you! I have been looking for that coin for ages, never found one. Amazing slider. Did you cherry it? If I may ask, for future reference, what did it go for? And, thanks for posting and ruining my day! LOL J/K of course.
If the fact that the Secure Plus Holder slider bothers you - then you'll go over the deep edge with this [ Originally in an ANACS 58 Holder ]:
