Picked up a couple of nice mid range circulated Dimes
for my 1st cousin's 12 yr old son - as he is the only
family member who has any appreciation - and major
interest - in coin collecting. Last year, I got him started
at the ANA in Boston - and he's gotten a few goodies
for his good report cards - birthday - and last Christmas.

Nothing spectacular - but nice looking stuff [ IMHO ]

Here is a very very nice coin that came in a $85 20th century type set off Ebay, and ideas on a
    grade would be welcome.

coppell... Looks like a bit of rub - but - its
a nice type coin. I'd say AU 58. Great price BTW.

Here's my 1916 Phila to comare it to...

  12. Some new pick-ups for my F-VF set. My camera takes poor pictures but you get the idea.

Nice ones Log! Mid grade circulated natural grey silver looks awesome to me for some reason. I really like those thank you for sharing!

  15. I agree, mid grade pieces are very eye appealing in my opinion. Bust, Seated, Barber....I like em.

  16. Some small toning spots, but i like it.

I'm also a fan of mid-grade barbers, especially halves. I just picked up a 1914 today in VG-F. I'll post photos later. I like the look of all the Barbers you post on here Log Potato.

  18. Thanks for the compliment. I really took a liking to the halves as well. There will be more to come.:D

  20. I would say it's in the VG10 range RB. Aren't you doing an entire set as well?
