I'm not willing to shell out $900+ for one, especially at this age...

 

I'm with you @Omegaraptor !! All my $10 gold coins are still imaginary at the moment...

There's some really nice coins in this thread that I can imagine owning though.

 

The problem is, if I was given $900 to spend on coins, I'd consider a few Seated coins over a $10 gold in a heartbeat.

 

I'd have to agree. I'd have a hard time passing up a bunch of well worn (or maybe a couple of not so well worn) bust quarters if I were to get a $10 gold!

 

Good thing I didn't spend $900 on one of them then (one was a little over $900). As for Seated coinage it does nothing for me so I don't collect it. As my collecting evolves I will move to Capped Bust gold at some point.
