Greenland & Canada coins depict polar bears. Some of the Greenland tokens depict the bear standing. I'll see if I have some photos.

 

Another polar bear, this time from Denmark. In 2007 the Danish mint issued a 20 kroner circulating commem (brass) dedicated to the International Polar Year. The image below shows the 100 kr silver coin, and there is also a 1,000 kr gold piece. All three have the same design.

The mythological section of the zoo might include winged horses like Pegasos along with samples of chimaeras & griffins. I’m not sure where the Centaurs would fit at the zoo. On which side of the bars would they reside?

The silver coin with Pegasos is a Greek stater.

The bronze coin with the centaur is a Roman antoninianus.

The new "zoo" my girl bought me just so I could have some animal coins to post here lol.

 

I got one of those roosters you have mrweaseluv, the one that's near the iguana.

Here's mine. I really like this coin, the design just speaks to me.
