Look at the edges of the coin and you will see the same "glare" that caused what you think is silver.

Of course, yours is awesome, Mike. As to your challenge (assuming you are referencing trade dollars in general vs. only 1874), I don't know if mine has been cleaned, but it sure has some dirt and could use a bath!
