here are some junk world silver I got from a LCS for $0.10 each. They 'paid' for the total group of 50 random common world coins I grabbed:

 

Dang I want to go to your LCS.

 

Random is my style of collecting

 

If you can find a Proof in the date run it's rare one. I'm not sure what year the date is look in World book.

 

That may be, but I hadn't gone through their foreign stuff before and I pretty much cleaned out the silver (that I could tell) and most of the 'interesting' base metal coins too. I need to go back again to go through the supply to see if he has a good 'replenishment' cycle or just to buy the rest of it for fun.

But this is going to be my standard practice for all new (to me) shops I visit from now on. It's way too much fun.

 

It really is! I've only found a couple of silver coins in bins. But I found a French 2 sols from the 1740's once. It's amazing what you can find in those things.

I got one gold date I'm not sure of but up in album at cointalk was traded in for silver till found out gold will turn black when heated up wrong. Got lucky few times☺
