Bring back this thread, posted this one before, but don't mind showing it off again (not much, but took me a bit of huntin' to find it, so I'm going to try to show it off a bit ) Phoenix
Whoa, niiiiice!! Let's see hre if I can get the grades right: 26-S AU-53 1910 AG-cleaned ( ) 11-S XF-45 11-S XF-40? Keep them coming. Phoenix
The dealer who sold me the 26-S said it would go 55 and I think both of the 11-S's have a good shot at 50 particularly the lighter one. The darker may not make it, but it is not as strong a strike and it looks like more wear than there is.
Oops, sorry, still learning. No matter what the grade, they are nice coins! Here's a coin I'm in the process of purchasing: Phoenix
No sorry about it. Grading is an opinion. You may be as right as I. That 24-D - good strike for a 24-D. 45 or do you think it might make 50? They are getting EXPENSIVE.
It's a 24-S. Lol, it is, that is why I jumped on it. Atleast for me, I can't find a nice full wheat lined 24-S, problem free. Most I see are either corroded, cleaned, or really weak. The 24-D's are really shooting up, hard too find them in nice higher grades. I'm not sure about it, I think it's a nice 45, I'm not sure if it will go a 50 or not. The seller has it advertised as AU, but I'm not sure really either way. The wheat lines caught my eye. What do y'all think? Phoenix
Cool !!! Glad to see this thread is getting lively again. I'll get the old camera charged up. NICE coins guys !!
Thanks. It just arrived today. I'm so pleased with it. It graded "Purdy." I'll try the 24D again when I can find my remote trigger. Phoenix/Jack/RLM - are you using a prime for your snaps? -Andy
andycook - What is a prime? I guess that I am not using it. Phoenix - What dates would you like to see?
