    Got this for $38. The surfaces are smoother and more original than 90% of 1794 cents out there.

    In the spirit of keeping this thread going:
    Classic Head Cent, 1813.
    Three die pairings are known for this year. This is S-278, R-3.
    It has a few surface marks and only in middle grade; However,
    as specialists will know, Classic Heads often come dark and corroded. This one is an exception with relatively smooth, solid surfaces.
