I know you replied already....but

If you as trucker/ mail contractor don't secure your load properly and a 2,000 lb BMC crashes out of the back door of your 53' trailer....you have a problem.

busted up trailer , might lose your job if just a driver, if you are the trucking contractor ...might lose the contract with USPS.

I can't see any trucker not securing a load with bars and straps and such...that could fail, not really the driver;s fault if restraints fail. but an A+++ driver will go the extra mile and add extra straps and such.
