    Oh yeah. I forgot about the Threeagles. Here's mine, also sold in 2023 and also somewhat lamented.

    It does to my untrained eye. ;)
    If not a proof strike it's a wonderfully strong business strike.

    Not a proof, but did you notice the clash of the shield behind the Indian's head

    Aha. I thought the color looked “off”, but wasn’t going to say anything.

    PS- I did not initially notice the clash, but see it now that you’ve pointed it out.

    I actually did notice a clash. I just don't have an eye for seeing the clash as a shield. I'm not that creative.

    I’m still trying to figure out the Jefferson nickel. Are you saying Jefferson was an Indian? Or maybe the Indians built Monticello?

    But I’m cool with your other nickel. It’s a nice homage to the native Americans and the glorious animal we slaughtered by the millions to further a campaign of genocide against them. (Sorry to be such a downer this morning - the nickel is one of my favorite coins in spite of the history.)

    @RonSanderson
    That was a mistake on my part.
    I went back and deleted the Jefferson:cool:
