    Thank you for that info. I did not know which years it was from. I just liked how far off it was off center.

    A side note: I'm kinda wondering if that fingerprint on my quarter started growing after it was slabbed?

    I suppose that answers the question of whether a TPG will grade a coin with a fingerprint.

    I could have answered for you. I used to have a 1909 VDB in MS-65 RD that had a huge fingerprint on the reverse. It probably would have graded 67 without it, but yes, NGC and PCGS will grade coins with fingerprints on them.
