I saw two lonely Walking sisters last saturday night. So I thought I would pick them

up. They didn't come cheap! But you could tell they really were in need of a new

home. So I paid the price and now they are residing with me and my other harem of

old circulated Walkers!

 

Oh I love this thread, wonder who started it. I must thank him. More walkers people. This thread has gone dead for to long.

 

What a beautiful design. How sad we can't have coins like these in circulation today.

My lone Liberty Walking Half-Dollar. My pride and joy of coins to be honest, that is until I get my hands on a 1932 D OR S Washington.

 

Here's the best looking one I've pulled from a roll. Not the prettiest walker I've seen, but not bad to $0.50!

 

Finding her would make me happy!

This is a PCGS MS66 coin that I bought on eBay back in May for $750, a roughly 2.68x toning premium. A bit pricey, but it was just the prettiest darn thing I'd ever seen.
