Great coins, all of them, but I like the 1940-S best - nicest toning and overall eye appeal!

You need help. I'm calling the producers of a&e's Intervention for you... Or should I call the guys at Hoarders :wacky:

Such a pretty coin. Surprised it did not grade higher but I have no expertise in grading this series. A nicely toned standing liberty is on my wish list.

Not sure why they're so "strict" with the SLQs, both 63FHs I own are outstanding coins with so much luster. Strike maybe?

Nice looking coin. I think I've seen it some place before... maybe even considered buying it. :) Glad it has a good home.

My first stab at shooting a toned coin. This 1930-S Lincoln was a wonderful model for me.

Here's another - loving the die crack on the reverse of this one.

My last one for the night. My 20th Century Type Set friends have been so well behaved having their pictures taken.

Great stuff! I must say, I'm a fool for a rainbow toned beauty too. A buddy of mine brought this by today. From his inherited collection, from his late father. He has a lot of different toning on silver dimes, he tells me. I bought this one for 10.00 us. he needed the loot... check this one out... tonedrooseveltdimessilver obv.jpg tonedrooseveltdimessilver rev.jpg

Not a U S coin , but a beauty. Napoleon the 3rd. .. I always thought this reverse, tonednapoleon3 obv.jpg tonednapoleon3rev.jpg influenced the reverse of the Morgan Dollar...
