I think it's 66 also, but was happy to get it at 65 price... always some good with the badness
This one came from Bozarth Numismatics. The little secret is their scans are horrible and the coins are always better than they appear. Lance.
I've looked at some of their items as well was thinking about a few Peace Dollars.. I take it they are good to deal with? Very nice IHC there!!
I think so. Vic and Sheri run a first-rate business. Nice coins, fair prices, and they're 100% reliable. Good with email, fast shipping, friendly folks. I don't have any connection or stake in Bozarth Numismatics. I bought five or six coins over the years and was always happy with them. Lance.
Sounds good to me, they do seem to have fair prices based on the grade, look and date/mint.. Also they look to have a nice wide variety of items.. I might just give them a try... Thanks!!
I recently bought this colorfully toned 1957 Proof Lincoln off ebay and finally have the coin in hand. Wow it's a looker! I got a great deal as it was only $12.61 plus $3 shipping. I will be sending this off to PCGS to see if it grades. These are the sellers photos ... And a few photos I snapped with my iphone through the PCGS submission clear cellophane envelopes (sorry about the glare) a few minutes ago. This coin has great color, tremendous mirrors, and no spots, which is pure heaven to a toned coin collector. If this grades PR66 or PR67 (which I think it may have a outside shot to do), I wonder if market value might be closer to $200 with the eye popping color it displays. If it comes back from PCGS in a Genuine, Quest. Color slab, boy what a tremendous job someone did on this one. Easily worth $12 just for the appearance.
Got this in a trade (coin swap) with CoinTalk member (and my good friend) Robec. It's PCGS PR66 BN. He named this coin "Blue Ice" during the time he owned it.
a couple of new toned ones 1938 D Buffalo with nice red toning. 1945 S Merc ANACS MS65 reverse toning.
