Nice!!! Mintstage toned state quarters!!!
hopefully toned more Mintstage Clad and Silver Proof from State Quarter Program. 2000-S thru 2002-S had an issue with mint wash.1999-PDS -2008-PDS State quarter added a lot to coin collecting as it is today.
A lot members who view this page just like toned coins and I think and know you do to Greg and thank for breaking the ice with them.

No, I think it was conserved properly, and was deserving of a grade. If dipped, it was so lightly dipped, that it looks good.
