Nah.. misspelled, "the 70 looks alot like the 68 quarter you posted, just more attractive".. lol. show us all some more of those man made naturally book toned babies,, I for one don't care that they are very likely to have been intentionally manufactured in a sulfer factory book placed in a high humidity environment on purpose. I still like your coins, regardless of how they were made. And those Marks you have are still on my envy list.....
Wow Baha, your arrogance is only surpassed by your ignorance. But you're right, if it wasn't for the date, there is no way I could tell these apart. That explains why you sell your beauties for upwards of 50 cents.
Gditty, for one, the pics are under totally different light so you have to know what your looking at (I think most here do). Yours offers more of an incandisent yellow light and mine is under a flash which is harder to control but offers more true to life whites and silvers. Anyway, note the portion of toning on the reverse from states to America on the rim. Specifically the rainbow pattern and the manner in which the rainbow floats over the letters on both coins.... nuff said if you know.. if you don't know, then keep learning folks.
here's the reverse under a more static yellow light. Yes, I have sold many coins for less than 50 cents, and have turned around and purchased them back for over 100 dollars at a later date. Fun hobby, huh. I'm am not the one here trying to sell coins on this site, I offer not ebay links, etc.... This forum is fun for me, a nice aside, and unlike many others in this thread, not a forum to push raw toned coins. My opinion on ANY raw toned coin is that is should be considered AT and no significant premium offered for it. Including those mass produced booked toners we often see here and there. Keep it fun folks, this is a hobby ! Baha, out ; )
Lmao. I will admit that even with your obvious learning deficiency and lack of any actual toning knowledge, you do crack me up with your hilarious posts! Anyway, I've wasted enough time even acknowledging your doctoring skills (or lack thereof), so I'll drop it. I'm certain your posts/images do more damage to your credibility than I do. On another note, it appears the ignore feature doesn't work in the new CT.
back at cha.. lol. The only doctoring I've ever done was on one a dime set by intentionally putting them in there to tone and placing them intentionally in a humid environment. Take a good look folks.. these are all AT'ed FAST !! You will NEVER see me sell these as I know them to be AT. Take a good look at them, there are millions of these type of AT coins out there. Anyone declaring the ability to "know" the difference between AT or NT needs to talk to some who knows more than they do and has been around the hobby a bit longer. The only real partition that can be employed is MA or QT.... don't be fooled by oneone saying differently.
I lived in 3 of the 4 hemisphere and so has a lot of my coins. Living in the south has helped toting so far only cents toned funny spots things like that.. Roy had this in a very old roll. «©ell »
A-ha! So you are the culprit that outbid me! Those deep pockets win out every time. Ironic that I buy your coins and you use MY money to outbid me. They looked nice in the sellers pics, but you as usual brought out the true beauty! I got the consolation prize...a nice lightly rainbow toned SBA. For $2.38 shipped I was happy
lol. I don't think you really wanted them. I didn't have to dig too deep in my wifes purse to buy these lol.
