Looks like an old cleaning, but it still has some nice color and character.

 

Right?! I mean really...Is there another nickel collection in the world that can touch Dex??? Just amazing!!!

 

It is for sure one of my favorites. I have an image of this coin on my cell phone case. Under the image it says...."Buffalo Hunter" The color in hand is amazing. Thank you for the complement.....DEX

47 year later from White to a Golden Hue.

 

I should probably be less lazy, but I don't feel like dragging out the imaging get-up today... so you get to see the crappy door to the house, and the mountains across the street in the reflection. I think the obverse/reverse combination is 1-4/2-3.

Found this buried in my back yard...It was wrapped in a old potato chip bag...lol...Yeah it's AT, but I got it for cheap...Flame away.

I assume it's part of the Koolau range. I don't know the specific name of the mountain.

Was buying some "junk" walkers at a coin/gold/silver shop when I noticed this. He gave it to me at junk price.

 

Toned Jefferson proofs are fairly common from the 60's. However, here is one that really stands out from the usual.
It is the first actual multi-colored rainbow toned 60's proof I have ever had in hand.

 

Found this 1992 ASE at a coin show today, got it for $27 and some change... nice hint of toning starting on it
